Nettcode offers membership programs for Indian Digital Freelancers and Digital Agencies.
For purposes of this Agreement, 'Member' or 'you' means a Freelancer or Agency participating in a membership program.

Membership program provides you with -
Membership page (that is your brand on nettcode.com).
And Access to RFQ portal (to connect with leads and enquiries and submit your proposal)

RFQ portal usage includes a certain number of 'ConnetPoints', which reserve monthly capacity for you to submit proposals for clients' posted Projects. ConnetPoints you do not use by the end of the month do not carry over into the next month.

Nettcode reserves the right to change membership plans, services, fees, change the monthly number of 'ConnetPoints' for every type of membership program. No refunds of fees already paid will be given. If Nettcode exercises its right to cancel a membership, Nettcode will not refund the membership fee already paid.

VII. Registration
To become a Registered User (members) there is a proper procedure which is for the convenience of user(s) so that they can easily log-in and log-out. User(s) can become a Registered User(s) by filling an on-line registration form on the web site by giving desired information. NETTCODE will establish an account ("Account") for the user(s) upon registration and assign a user alias ("Login ID") and password ("Password") for log-in access to your Account. Users will be responsible for the content of all the messages communicated through the Email Account, as well as the consequences of any such message. If you register on behalf of a business entity, you represent that business entity and
(a) you have the authority to bind the entity to terms and condition of use and/or this Agreement;
(b) the address you use when registering is the principal place of business of such business entity; and

Image Size for Profile can not be more than 200Kb. It should also have a min width of 190px.

IX. Termination
Most content and some of the features on the web site are made available to visitors free of charge. However, NETTCODE reserves the right to terminate access to certain areas or features of the web site at any time for any reason, with or without notice. If NETTCODE terminates user(s) membership, user(s) will not have the right to re-enroll or join NETTCODE under a new account or name unless formally invited to do so by NETTCODE. In any case of termination, no membership charges will be refunded. User(s) acknowledge that inability to use the web site wholly or partially for whatever reason may have adverse effect on its business. User(s) hereby agree that in no event shall the web site be liable to the user(s) or any third parties for any inability to use the web site (whether due to disruption, limited access, changes to or termination of any features on the web site or otherwise), any delays, errors or omissions with respect to any communication or transmission, or any damage (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) arising from the use of or inability to use the web site or any of its features.

X. Email and SMS alerts When you register on nettcode as a member we send a few email - welcome email, account activation, password update and lead and enquiry alerts. Simultaneously we also send transactional SMS (originating from TX-NETCODE) for the same including an OTP when you wish to login to RFQ dashboard to view enquiry and submit your proposal. Nettcode reserve the right of such services and may withdraw them any time without any prior intimation. These services are 3rd party services and we do not have 100% control over them and nettcode does not gaurantee their availablilty all the time. You can not hold nettcode responsibile for any manner not-limiting to any delay in correspondence, loss, non-reciept of these services are governed and used.

Personal information supplied by user(s) during the use of web site is governed by our privacy policy. Please view our Privacy Policy Statement.
